Georgia Power's second streetcar abandonment to trackless trolleys was the long 23-Buckhead Oglethorpe via West Peachtree route. Here is a Westinghouse publicity photo of St. Louis Car Co. 1110 in Buckhead. The 1110 literally used a PCC car body with rubber tires
