Dayton Flyer 903 westbound on Third near Perry in September 1977. This bus is signed for Elmhurst, with a Bluecrest sign in the front window. The loop at Bluecrest was installed in 1977 when the RTA stopped running outside the Dayton City Limits in the evening due to funding issues. The situation was eventually resolved with a vote in 1981 for Countywide service.
