Four of the (eventual) five operating trolleybus companies in Dayton in one view from the Courthouse at Third and Main. From left to right are Peoples Railway, Dayton Street Transit, Oakwood Street Railway Company and City Railway. City Railway started trolleybus operations in 1938, and Dayton Street was absorbed by City Transit in 1941, which places this photo to sometime between 1938 and 1941
