Oakland CA Trolley Buses
Key System Transit Lines
Any comments? Let me know at:
Oakland makes the list of the "Didn't Quite Make Its", as trolleybuses were ordered shortly after World War II. However after ordering and prior to full delivery,
National City Lines, after taking over the Oakland operation, decided that they didn't want trolleybuses there after all. Some were delivered to Oakland, but they were
sent to Los Angeles Transit Lines (another NCL owned operation), some of them in the Key System paint, others in primer.
