Pullman-Standard 650 (delivered in 1944 as 1000) crosses Union Street southbound on Third Avenue.
After 1970, the only trolleys taking this route were bound for Mount Baker on route 10, which didn't normally use Pullmans. Perhaps this is an excursion.
In 1963 Seattle Transit proudly introduced the red livery on a large order of Flxible and GM fishbowls for expansion of its service area and replacement of half the trolley system.
Some eight years later the scheme finally found its way onto some of the old trolleys.
